Job Description
Job Title: Barista
Job Summary: Preparation of quality espresso, tea and other specialty beverages and sandwiches, snacks and desserts. Provide excellent customer service and education, and maintain a clean and well-stocked store
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing and selling food and specialty beverages
Marketing, displaying, and stocking of retail products, i.e. pastries, coffees, tea, etc.
Maintain consistent quantities of supplies and product to meet daily requirements
Cash-handling procedures
Register operations
Customer Relations
Efficient, friendly service
Problem solving
Suggestive Selling
Customer Education
Other Job Responsibilities:
Cleanliness
